How is this different from hiring freelancers?

How do we communicate across time zones?
Our working day overlaps with the UK and Europe. For US and Australian clients we schedule regular video calls in a shared window, and everything else runs async in your Slack and project tracker with written daily updates.
Who owns the code and IP?
You do. The code lives in your GitHub organisation from day one and all intellectual property is assigned to you in our contract.
Can we start small?
Yes. Many clients start with one or two engineers on a defined piece of work, then grow the team once the working relationship is proven.
