Since Arterns Technologies Private Limited provides digital products and services such as websites, mobile applications, and software solutions, all deliveries are performed electronically. This policy outlines the timeline, method, and scope of digital delivery.

4.1 Mode of Delivery

• All deliverables such as source code, design files, and final builds are delivered via email, project management tools, or cloud-based file-sharing services (e.g., Google Drive, GitHub, GitLab).
• No physical products are shipped under any circumstance.

4.2 Delivery Timelines

• Delivery timelines are defined and agreed upon in the project scope or contract document.
• Project milestones and phases determine partial deliveries.
• Delays due to client feedback, change requests, or third-party dependencies are not the responsibility of Arterns Technologies.

4.3 Acceptance of Delivery

• Once a deliverable is sent, clients are expected to review and acknowledge receipt within 5 business days.
• In the absence of feedback within the specified period, the delivery is deemed accepted.

4.4 Revisions and Final Handover

• Revisions are handled as per the agreed number of feedback cycles mentioned in the scope.
• The final handover includes source code, credentials (if applicable), and deployment guides.
• The final delivery is provided only after full and final payment is received.
